dotstudioPRO's AI search is powered by OpenAi and is available on both the Videos and Channels view of your dashboard. It is a powerful tool that allows users to provide simple and complex search prompts in conversational text.
Use Instructions
- Navigate to the video or channel tab of your dashboard.
- Click the AI SEARCH button in the top right corner.
- A dialogue will open, input your search prompt.
- A loading animation will display before your results are loaded.
- If you wish to perform a second search, click the button again, and enter your new prompt.
Benefits
- Ability to search across taxonomy levels.
- Ability to perform complex searches using AND and OR operators.
- Ability to search for multiple specific titles or even GUID values in a single prompt.
- Ability to perform searches on technical video characteristics and hidden data values.
Example Prompts:
- "Movies that were released between 1999 and 2004 and were directed by Wes Anderson"
- "Show me all channels associated with vidoes owned by [studio value]"
- "Channels where the ID value is one of: [channel id 1], [channel id 2], [channel id 3]"
- "All videos that are 4K or larger"
Limitations:
Results Accuracy:
This feature is currently in its beta stage. While it supports a wide variety of search criteria, AI results should always be reviewed and verified with human intervention.
Prompt Complexity:
Occasionally very specific language may be required to get the results you're looking for. If your prompt yields incorrect results, try rephrasing it to reference specific dotstudioPRO data field names.
Prompt Generality:
The feature allows both general search prompts and more stylized ones, however if a prompt is too general or qualitative, it may yield poor results ("show me halloween movies").
